Q: Can the mode of Management Control be changed, i.e. from maintenance that is authorised by one (or either one) Primary User to two Primary Users jointly or vice versa?
A: Yes, but such change must be done through an amendment request with a company's resolution. Please click here to obtain the "Business e-Banking Services Amendment/Termination Form".
   
Q: How do authorisers know that there is maintenance pending for second authorisation?
A: Simply select Authorisation under Management Control and a list of maintenance requiring authorisation will be shown.
   
Q: How do authorisers know that a maintenance has been successfully authorised?
A: An 'Instruction Completed' message will appear for successful maintenance.
   
Q: Who can delete maintenance that is pending authorisation?
A: Primary User(s) only.
   
Q: Who can amend maintenance that is pending authorisation?
A: No one. In case changes are required, the maintenance has to be first deleted.
   
Q: Is authorisation required for deletion of pending maintenance?
A: No.
   
Q: How long does Business e-Banking keep maintenance which is pending authorisation?
A: Maintenance not yet authorised will stay in the authorisation queue for seven calendar days after its maintenance date.
