Who can view the details of the
activities?

By default, a Primary User can view the
activities of all users of all accounts and a Secondary User with
access right to the related accounts can view his/her own activities
of this particular account. For other users' activities, the right
of Secondary User is assigned by the Primary
User.

users to view all users' activities?

Yes. The Primary User can assign the
Secondary User to view all users' activities under the User Profile
section.
