A: The Applicant, whether limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, sole proprietorship or partnership incorporated in Hong Kong or other company type incorporated overseas, can specify an Integrated Account or a current or savings account in the name of the Applicant with Hang Seng Bank for the operation of Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services.

A: To start using Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services, you need:
A computer with internet connection; and
An operating system using Windows 7 or above (English or Chinese version); and
Best viewed with Internet Explorer 8.0 or above, with JavaScript enabled; and
Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or above

A: You can make balance enquiry on the designated accounts such as current, savings, time deposit, loans, securities and integrated accounts. You can also make transfer between your designated accounts under your beneficiary list.
   
Q: What should I do if I have entered invalid information during the registration process?
A: If you have entered invalid information such as Principal Account Number, Short Name, PIN and/or Authentication Code, the system will prompt you to re-enter the information again.
   
Q: How to log on to Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services after registration?
A: You can simply enter your Username and Password in order to log on to the services. Then, you are required to select the Business Name representing the portfolio you want to operate in Hang Seng Business e-Banking Services.
   
Q: Can I change my Username and Password?
